At the end of the first half of 2011, the assets of the bank made up 254.8 billion soums, or grew by 1.8 billion soums year-on-year. The deposit resources made up 114.8 billion soums.
The bank’s net income grew by 22% year-on-year to 5.5 billion soums in the reporting period. The clientele base grew by 18%. The bank issued loans for 36.7 billion soums in the first half of 2011.
The bank carried out large leasing projects with Sam Antep Gilam (2.1 billion soums) and Ferghana Yog’-Moy (1.2 billion soums). The bank also inked agreement with Laxisam LLC for 4.8 billion soums to finance project on production of medicaments in ampoules.
The bank said it signed agreement with international money transfer system Zolotaya Korona to develop its retail service. The system became eleventh partner of the bank in money transfer market. The bank also launched new deposits in late June – Rivoj, Tayanch and Mustaqillik.
In six months of 2011, the bank issues 7,053 banking payment cards and signed 163 agreements on so-called salary projects, as well as installed 161 POS-terminals at trade-service enterprises.
In line with the programme on expansion of geographical presence, the bank opened new office of Tashkent city branch in Mirzo Ulugbek district of the Uzbek capital in the first half of 2011.
Open Joint-Stock Commercial Bank Credit-Standard was founded on 16 August 2003 with the charter capital of 1.3 billion soums. It is mid-size bank with headquarters in Tashkent.
