Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – A meeting took place at the Agency for Strategic Reforms between the Agency Director Bahodir Rakhmatov and the head of DB Engineering & Consulting’s representative office in Uzbekistan, Innocent Belyakov-Zagumenov.

The meeting focused on reforms in the transportation sector. The discussions included proposals from DB Engineering & Consulting to scale up driver training for Toshshakhttranskhizmat JSC, which aims to enhance qualifications and improve the quality of urban transport services. Additionally, the prospects for implementing advanced technologies and optimizing transportation processes were considered to increase the efficiency and safety of Uzbekistan’s transport system.

As a result of the meeting, the parties agreed to continue working on current transportation projects. The German side proposed adopting a joint “roadmap” for the practical implementation of these proposals, particularly in the transportation sector.
