Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Aziz Abdukhakimov held talks with representatives of Orex-Loisirs and SCP Geode companies in Paris (France) on 22 August 2018.

The parties discussed the issues of attracting leading French companies to projects that are implemented within the framework of the creation of a free tourist zone "Charvak".

In particular, the parties considered the creation of tourist facilities to provide services related to beach recreation, water sports, medical and extreme tourism, the construction of golf courses, the creation of a mountain cluster in Chimgan, etc.

During the talks, the parties agreed to organize a visit of representatives of Orex-Loisirs, SCP Geode and Compagnie des Alpes to Uzbekistan. The visit will be held from 28 to 31 August 2018.

Representatives of French companies will hold meetings and negotiations, which will allow them to determine the specific working conditions and implementation of projects in Charvak.

The State Committee of Uzbekistan for Investments and the State Committee of Uzbekistan for Tourism Development will be the main partners in the implementation of these projects.
