The conference is jointly organized by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, UNDP “Public Finance Reform in Uzbekistan” Project, and the Association of Teachers of Business disciplines of Uzbekistan.

The main goal of the conference is to facilitate wide discussions on the perspectives of improvement of accounting and audit, strengthening the related legislative basis in the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as on the ways of increasing transparency and accountability.
