The coordinators of the project are also the International Women’s Fund “Sharq Ayoili” (Woman of the East), the autonomous non-profit organization “Russian Humanitarian Mission”, the Museum of the History of Communication of Uzbekistan, Uzbekiston Pochtasi and the International Charity Fund named after Amir Temur.
The exhibition demonstrates Forty silver stamps. Russia’s WT produced the stamps with use of unique technology from 999 silver.
The original for this collection were postage stamps, issued in different years by 24 Islamic countries and united by one theme “Holy Mecca”. At the same time, one page of the Qur’an, also made of silver, was presented at the exhibition.
Within the framework of the opening ceremony of the exhibition, the schools of the Tashkent region received sets of books on children’s fiction.
The exhibition will function for two months.
