The ministers will determine conceptual approach to development of military cooperation of the CIS states till 2015 and approve plan of joint actions of military forces of the Commonwealth till 2010. The Council will determine terms and events of the second stage of creating joint system of communication and approve list of objects, which will enter to the system.

It is also planned to discuss the course of implementation of plan on creation of single geoinformation system of military purpose, approve regulation on information supply of metrological service, and adopt decision on military-scientific accompaniment of development and use of technical and regulative-methodical base of joint system of metrological supply.

Defense ministers will analyze current affairs of flights security in armed forces and adopt decision on creation of software on ensuring flights security and reliability of aviation technics of military purpose in the CIS states.

The meeting will also consider idea of joint exercises of aviation force and adopt decision on creation of coordination center on repair, supply of spare parts, modernization of military equipment and technics, etc.
