Changes introduced to selection system of promising managerial personnel

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Amendments were made to the presidential decree on measures to create a modern system of selection of promising management personnel on a competitive basis.

In accordance with the changes:

- the winners of the competition are appointed to senior positions in government organizations in the relevant areas and undergo training in specialized organizations of developed foreign countries for a period of not less than 3 months;

-the remaining finalists of the competition are included in the managerial personnel reserve, and after employment they also undergo training in developed foreign countries for a period of more than one month.

Winners and finalists of the competition, who have completed an internship, are required to work during the period specified in the prisoner with the organization that sent them for an internship.

The appointment of winners to senior positions, the passage of winners and finalists of internship competitions in developed foreign countries, as well as monitoring appointments to senior positions is carried out under the overall coordination of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
