Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan and Belarus have enormous opportunities for cooperation. This was stated by the Chairperson of the Council of the Republic of Belarus, Natalia Kochanova, during a meeting on the organization of the second Uzbek-Belarusian Women’s Business Forum, according to the press service of the CIS Executive Committee.
Belarus and Uzbekistan are actively developing mutually beneficial cooperation. "We find this country interesting. The year before last, we held a meeting of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS there. I want to say that it is a very interesting country with enormous opportunities. There are good, friendly relations between our peoples.
The foundation of this is the good relations between the leaders of our countries. Of course, we must approach the organization of the forum very precisely, coherently, and efficiently, because we don’t have much time left," said Natalia Kochanova.
The second Uzbek-Belarusian Women’s Business Forum will be held in Tashkent on 26 and 27 August. "The forum will be combined with our official visit to this country," the speaker emphasized. "The first forum was successful. When we meet at other international platforms and exchange views, we see that women entrepreneurs have met and are working directly with each other. They have contacts and are building these relationships and developing cooperation."
"The Uzbek side is already preparing for the forum. On the first day, six sections will be working, and on the second day, there will be a plenary session," Natalia Kochanova added.
