Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- AFC President’s Cup 2013 Central Asian contenders Balkan FC and Dordoi FC avoided each other as the draw for the finals was held in AFC House on Wednesday.

The clubs from Central Asia have been the dominant force in the AFC President’s Cup with six out of eight titles going to the clubs from Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan while Taiwan Power Company and Myanmar’s Yadanarbon were the remaining clubs from the rest of Asia to have managed to win AFC President’s Cup. Balkan will face finals debutants Erchim FC of Mongolia while the other teams in Group A are Nepal’s league champions and 2005 semi-finalists Three Star Club.

Dordoi face KRL Football Club of Pakistan who are appearing for the third time in the competition. AlQuds Hilal of Palestine, looking to emulate the feat achieved by fellow Palestine club Shabab Al Am’ari who were the beaten finalists in the 2012 edition of the tournament, are the other side to join Balkan and KRL Football Club in Group B.
