Finance 27/02/2009 CBU refinancing rate remains at 14% APR

Central Bank of Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Central Bank of Uzbekistan did not change refinancing rate. The bank’s board adopted a resolution on 7 February 2009.

In line with the resolution, the refinancing rate set at 14% APR. The bank said the refinancing rate was not changed based on main directions of monetary policy for 2009 and actual and expected inflation rate.
