Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Acting Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan Umid Pazilkhanov met with Vice President of the Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry Metin Senyurt.

The meeting was also attended by the vice-president of the Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry Murat Bayizit, board member Abidin Sakir Ozen and representatives of the Turkish business community.

The purpose of the meeting was to strengthen bilateral trade and investment relations between the business circles of Uzbekistan and Türkiye.

During the meeting, issues of developing trade, economic, investment and regional cooperation between the two countries, as well as further improvement of production and trade in export products were discussed.

At the end of the meeting, investors from Bursa expressed interest in establishing new areas of cooperation and implementing new projects. Turkish investors also expressed their readiness to visit Uzbekistan for negotiations on issues of domestic and foreign trade.
