Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A video posted by a blogger under the nickname “Chechenka,” showing a fight between two young boys, has sparked widespread outrage on social media.

The footage depicts the children hitting each other with table utensils, accompanied by approving remarks from the video’s author.

The Office of the Children’s Ombudsman commented on the situation, confirming that the incident took place on 13 July during a family gathering in the Tashkent region. According to the information provided, 32-year-old A.G., the mother of one of the boys, jokingly staged the fight between her son and her nephew, filmed it, and posted the video on Instagram.

On 15 July, she was held administratively liable under Article 47 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility for failing to properly fulfill her parental duties regarding the upbringing and education of children.

The family is now under the supervision of relevant authorities to prevent similar incidents in the future and to ensure that parental responsibilities are carried out appropriately.
