Beeline to work on improvement internet and services for subscribers
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Largest mobile communication operator Beeline (VimpelCom Ltd in Uzbekistan) is planning to improve quality of services for subscribers and mobile internet penetration in the regions of Uzbekistan, commercial director of Unitel Dmitriy Grigoryev said on 11 March.

Dmitriy Grigoryev said that priority for operator in 2014 is to improve level of services for subscribers. He said that the company invests serious money to this project.

He said that the project will help to assess service of company and determine areas, in which the company should work to improve quality of services in sales offices, call-center and dealer offices.

Dmitriy Grigoryev said that Beeline will continue to introduce commission-free payment terminals in 2014. He said that each month 100,000 subscribers use these terminals now.

He noted that currently Beeline installed 47 such terminals across Uzbekistan, which installed at offices of Beeline and malls. He said that the operator cooperates with Uzbek banks within the project.

Beeline top-manager said that the operator plans to participate in the project on development of internet, including in the region. He said that the company plans to stimulate internet penetration in the region via sale of budget devices.
