The main advantage of tariff is that subscribers receive 3000 minutes a month per US$25, which are only spent for outgoing calls within Uzbekistan. All incoming calls are free.

Gulyam Artykov, director of Southern-Western Regional Branch of Unitel, said Kommersant tariff plan are designed for active mobile communication users and it has high demand, which became main reason for prolongation of the sales period. He added that each subscriber will receive “golden number” with par value of US$50 for free.

Subscribers to Kommersant tariff plan can accept calls from other mobile operators even their balance are zero. Subscribers can pay for tariff plan in cash and banking payment cards.

Subscribers cannot transfer to other tariff plans in Kommersant tariff. The tariff plan is open for individual entrepreneurs and individuals.
