Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — JSC Uzavtosanoat plans to engage the international consulting firm Boston Consulting Group (BCG) to develop a new long-term strategy for the growth of Uzbekistan’s automotive industry.

According to information published on the corporate reporting portal, the company’s board has already approved this initiative.

The agreement with BCG will be submitted to the Center for Comprehensive Expertise of Projects and Import Contracts for further review.

Founded in 1963 by American entrepreneur Bruce Henderson, Boston Consulting Group is one of the world’s leading consulting firms. Alongside McKinsey & Company and Bain & Company, it is part of the so-called "Big Three" of global consulting companies.

Notably, BCG has had a presence in Uzbekistan since 2022.
