UzA reported that the event was organized by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan in cooperation with Navoi regional hokimiyat [administration] and a number of organizations.

In Uzbekistan, particular attention under the leadership of President Islam Karimov is paid to the development of small business and private entrepreneurship, as well as further strengthening their cooperative ties with major industries.

Modern information technologies, allowing to provide people with new types of banking services are being introduced in the banking and financial system of the country. The exhibition widely demonstrated the potential of the banks in this direction.

The best subjects of small business and private entrepreneurship, farmers, craftsmen and young entrepreneurs exhibiting their perspective projects on creation of new jobs were awarded with certificates for preferential credit.
