The bank said it will pay interim dividends for nine months of 2009 and on ordinary shares.
Bank Asaka will direct 19.167 billion soums of its income for nine months of 2009 to pay interim dividends. At the same time, dividend per share will make up 4,065.69 soums.
Bank Asaka was founded in November 1995. Its shareholders are Uzbekistan Finance Ministry (98.33%) and UzAvtoSanoat (1.67%).
The bank is the second largest bank of Uzbekistan in terms of the size of capital and assets. The bank has over 26 branches and over 100 mini-banks.
