Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 21 October 2024, Uzbekistan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bakhtiyor Saidov, held a meeting with Douglas Wake, the head of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) election observation mission in Uzbekistan.
During the meeting, both sides emphasized the importance of developing bilateral relations comprehensively and highlighted the need to unlock untapped potential and create new joint projects that would benefit the people of both nations.
“All the necessary conditions have been created for a successful and productive mission. We exchanged views on the ongoing reforms in our country, the steps taken towards ensuring the best living conditions for our people, and strengthening our cooperation,” the Foreign Minister mentioned on his Telegram channel.
