The 26 year old will join the club after Uzbekistan's second round World Cup qualifier against Kyrgyzstan this Saturday in Tashkent.

Leaving FC Bunyodkor with four consecutive Uzbek league titles since 2008 and two Uzbek Cup wins (2008, 2010), Haydarov joins Al Shabab's retained foreign trio of attacking midfielders — Carlos Villanueva (Chile), Jociel Ferreira da Silva (Brazil) and Julio Cesar do Nascimento also a Brazilian. Pending a fitness and medical, Haydarov will travel to Shabab's pre-season camp in Durban, South Africa.
