Azim Ahmadkhadjaev was appointed as the Minister for Development of Information Technologies and Communications. Prior to this appointment, he served as chairman of the State Committee of Uzbekistan for Investments.

Sherzod Shermatov, acting head of the Minister for Development of Information Technologies and Communications, was appointed to the post of the Deputy Minister for Innovative Development of Uzbekistan.

Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the Complex for Investment, Innovative Development, Coordination of Free Economic and Small Industrial Zones, Tourism Sukhrob Holmuradov became Chairman of the State Committee for Investments. At the time, Sukhrob Holmuradov retained the post of vice-premier.

Sunatulla Bekenov was appointed to the post of the First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Investments. Also Shukhrat Vafoev and Laziz Kudratov became deputy heads of the State Committee for Investments.
