Avicenna credit union’s capital reaches 235.2m soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
As of 1 May 2011, capital of Avicenna credit union made up 235.2 million soums, Uzbekistan Credit Unions’ Association said.
The association said that total assets of the credit union reached 1.1 billion soums in the reporting period.
Total volume of deposits, attracted from members, exceeded 821 million soums. Total share fees of members reached 112 million soums.
Avicenna credit union, which operates in Bukhara region of Uzbekistan, started its activity in 2004 with the charter capital of 10 million soums.
Currently, Avicenna credit union unites over 3,036 members.
