Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers "On organizing the activities of the State Financial Control Inspectorate under the Ministry of Finance and measures to improve financial control in budgetary organizations" was adopted.

The document was adopted in pursuance of the resolution of the President “On further improving the efficiency of expenditures of the State budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan and improving the activities of state financial control bodies”.

The State Financial Control Inspectorate has the status of a legal entity and is financed from the State budget.

To automate payroll and equivalent payments in budgetary organizations:

- from 1 May 2022, in order to send salaries and equivalent payments to the plastic card of employees, their list (with the exception of information constituting a state or other secret protected by law) from the information system of the Ministry of Finance through the information system of the Central Bank is sent to the information system of the corresponding commercial bank only in automated form in electronic form;

- from 1 January 2023, the experience of the Ministry of Public Education in automated calculation of wages and equivalent payments is being introduced in organizations of the Ministry of Preschool Education, the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Education and the Ministry of Health.

- from 1 January 2023, the paperwork of budget requests, estimates and staff lists of budgetary organizations is canceled and the procedure for their execution in electronic form is introduced, with the exception of information constituting a state or other secret protected by law.
