Representatives of political, academic and business circles of Austria familiarized with organization of the presidential elections and the 43rd session of the Council of Foreign Affairs of Organization of Islamic Cooperation.

It was underlined that preparations to the presidential elections are conducted in line with national election legislations, which meets democratic principles and international standards.

The participants also received information on speech of the Interim President Shavkat Mirziyayev at opening of the 43rd session of the Council of Foreign Affairs of Organization of Islamic Cooperation.

Citizens of Uzbekistan, working in Vienna, got acquainted with activities of the polling station, created at the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Vienna.

The participants also received information on social-economic development of Uzbekistan, democratization of state power and construction of civil society, etc.
