Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The State Assets Management Agency (AUGA) announced the sale of the state stake in Uzenergoengineering JSC for 44 billion soums.
Mosaic Financial advised on the transaction and received two applications from interested investors, which were vetted for legal proceedings, sanctions and other restrictions.
The buyer was Uzbekenergotamir, which offered the specified amount for 87.47% of the shares of Uzenergoengineering.
The agency noted that the price corresponds to the consultant's estimate and exceeds the independent estimated value of the enterprise.
Uzbekenergotamir JSC repairs electrical equipment. The company was registered in 1993 and has an authorized capital of 35.78 billion soums. Uzenergoengineering specializes in the design of power supply and electrification facilities in various sectors, including rural areas and municipal complexes.
