Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- AU has been recognised as an Apple Authorised Training Centre for Education (AATCe) for app development, the university said in a statement.
The university said that AU students will be able to learn app development in Swift from Apple Certified Instructors, using Apple’s established Develop in Swift curriculum. Taking into account that currently there are high demand for app developers, students, who undergo the training successfully, will be able to be competitive in the job market.

It should be underlined that AU actively uses Apple devices in the education process. Over 450 last-generation iMac M1 are distributed over the computer labs, library, university staff, and professors.
Three faculty members of the Engineering School of AU became Apple Certified Trainers. They passed through the App Development with Swift Train The Trainer (T3) program in June 2022. They are the very first Apple Certified Trainers in Uzbekistan.
