Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Every year, sports and a healthy lifestyle become an integral part of our lives. Regardless of gender, age and social status - sport unites us and has a positive effect on our health.

Chairman of the Council of Sports Veterans of Uzbekistan Komiljon Khudaiberganov in Frankfurt met with the Secretary General of the International Association of Sports for All (IASA) Wolfgang Bauman.

During the meeting, Mr. Bauman emphasized that he was very pleased with the policy of our Dear President, especially that he pays great attention to the development of sports and helps to promote a healthy lifestyle among the country’s population. He also emphasized that the construction of such large structures as the Humo Arena, the Amirsoy ski resort, and the success of Uzbek athletes on the world stage are commendable.

Mr. Bauman emphasized that the Uzbek model for the development of sports is one of the most effective in the whole world and that he is ready to help spread this model around the world.

At the end of the meeting, an agreement was reached that something will be created in Uzbekistan, the Sport for All Association, and that Wolfgang Baumann will arrive in Uzbekistan on 14-20 April and hold meetings.
