Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - The Asian Judo Championship among boys and girls is being held in the Lebanese capital Beirut. By this time, the competition in the junior category has ended.

According to the results of two-day competitions, Uzbekistan, with a large margin in the won awards, took first place in the overall team standings (9 gold, 5 silver, 5 bronze).

Behind our athletes in the standings are representatives of Kazakhstan, who have 3 gold, 8 silver and 1 bronze medals, the top three were closed by the South Korean team with 3 gold, 1 silver, 7 bronze medals. The teams from Mongolia, India, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon and Syria have won at least one bronze medal each.
