Asian Games 2014: Boxers clinch two bronze medals

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan national team won two more bronze medals of the Asian Games in Incheon, South Korea. Today four boxers from Uzbekistan participated in the semifinals.

Oybek Mamazulunov in the weight category of 81 kg and Mirzohidjon Abdullaev in the weight category of 91 kg lost their semifinal bouts and became bronze medalists of the Asiad.

Isroil Madrimov in the weight category of 69 kg defeated Apichet Saensit from Thailand and advanced to final bout. Shohibidin Zairov in the weight category of 52 kg reached finals, defeating Muhamad Waseem from Pakistan.

Currently, Uzbekistan won 35 medals – 8 gold, 11 silver and 16 bronze medals at the Asian Games.
