The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market registered a prospectus of emission of stocks of the bank on 14 December 2012.

According to prospectus of emission, Asia Alliance Bank will place 56 million ordinary shares with par value of 250 soums each. Total sum of the emission is 14 billion soums.

The bank said that the shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription among limited circle of persons.

Currently, the charter capital of Asia Alliance Bank makes up 40.85 billion soums.
