According to shareholders, Asia Alliance Bank will direct 10.201 billion soums to payment of dividends.

The size of the dividend per share makes up 62.43 soums or 24.97% to par value of shares, the bank said.

Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 163.4 million units.

Asia Alliance Bank is a young and dynamically developing bank in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Bank operates under the License for performing bank operations issued by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan No.79 as of 15 August 2009.
