The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered a prospectus of emission of the bank on 14 March 2012.

According to the document, the bank will place 50,036,498 ordinary shares with par value of 250 soums each. Total sum of the emission is 12.509 billion soums.

The prospectus of emission said that shares of the issue will be placed on closed subscription.

The bank added that now charter capital of Asia Alliance Bank makes up about 15.441 billion soums.
