The assets of the bank made up 12.214 billion soums in 2009, while deposits reached 7,208 billion soums, the report read.

Liabilities of Asia Alliance Bank made up 7.308 billion soums as of 31 December 2009, the bank’s report underlined.

Own capital of the bank comprised 4.905 billion soums, of which 4.85 billion soums were equity capital and 54.739 million soums – undistributed income. Equity capital fully comprises of ordinary shares.

Asia Alliance Bank private open joint stock commercial bank is young and dynamically developing bank in Uzbekistan. It received license from the Central Bank of Uzbekistan on 15 August 2009.
