According to the prospectus of emission, the bank will issue 868,822 ordinary shares with par value of 52,600 soums each.

In the result of the shares placement, the charter capital of Asaka Bank will grew by 14.5% from 315.6 billion soums to 361.3 billion soums.

Currently, the charter capital of the bank consists of 6 million ordinary shares with par value of 52,600 soums each.

The shares of the issue will be placed on open subscription through Uzbekistan Stock Exchange.

According to the document, the shares will be placed on market value, but not less than their par value.

State joint stock commercial bank “Asaka” was founded in 1995. Currently, main shareholders are Finance Ministry of Uzbekistan (66.65%), Uzavtosanoat (16.68%) and Fund for Reconstruction and Development of Uzbekistan (16.67%).
