Within the seventh emission of shares, Asaka Bank issued 6,867,534 ordinary shareswith par value of 57,500 soums each. Total sum of the issue makes up 394,883,205,000 soums.

Shares of the issue were placed on closed subscription among shareholders through replacement of old shares with par value of 52,600 soums to new ones with nominal value of 57,500 soums.

The difference in par value for 33.651 billion soums was paid due to part of net income of the bank for 2013.

The Uzbek bank said that issued shares were fully placed among existing shareholders.
