Artel and Samsung launch plant for production of PC monitors

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbek electronic brand Artel launched a new joint project with Samsung on production of monitors for personal computers.

New enterprise has been commissioned in Zaamin, Jizzakh region of Uzbekistan. The enterprise was created in the territory of former vehicle-tractor park.

According to Artel, construction of the plant started in June 2015 and ended in August 2015.

The plant works in two shifts and has capacity of 200,000 monitors a year for total sumof 30 billion soums.
