Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 18 April at 20:15, an earthquake with an epicenter in Afghanistan was recorded in Uzbekistan, the Republican Center for Seismic Forecasting Monitoring of the Ministry of Emergency Situations said.
The epicenter was in Afghanistan, 191 km from Tashkent. The magnitude of the earthquake was 5.2.
The strength of the tremors on the territory of Uzbekistan was:
- Fergana region: 2 points, 125 km.
- Namangan region: 2 points, 162 km.
- Syrdarya region: 2 points, 163 km.
- Andijan region: 2 points, 189 km.
- Tashkent: 2 points, 190 km.
