As reported earlier, private joint stock commercial bank “Amirbank” received net income for 60.79 million soums in 2012.
According to the decision of the shareholders, Amirbank will direct 57.751 million soums to form reserve fund (95% of net income for 2012).
The bank also will issue 3.039 million osums to Fund on preferential crediting, the announcement said.
