Shareholders distributed net income for 622.077 million soums of 2011 and part of undistributed income for 112.82 million soums of 2010.

According to the decision of shareholders, the company will direct 20 million soums to payment of dividends on preferred stocks and 519.73 million soums on ordinary shares.

At the same time, the company will play 140 soums per ordinary stock (80.81 soums in 2010) and 800 soums per preferred stock (800 soums in 2010). Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, is 3,712,358 ordinary and 25,000 preferred stocks.

Alskom will also allocate 93.925 million soums to remuneration – 24 million soums to remuneration of Supervisory Council, 1.5 million soums to remuneration of the Revision Commission and 68.425 million soums to remuneration of employees.

Shareholders will also direct 31.104 million soums to formation of reserve fund, 62.207 million soums to form insurance fund and 7.931 million for formation of fund on labour protection.
