The center for coordination and development of securities market registered a prospectus of emission of the company.

Within the emission, the insurance company will place 970,000 ordinary and 30,000 preferential shares with par value of 1,000 soums each. Total emission of the issue is 1 billion soums.

The shares will be placed on open subscription. The shares are placed to increase charter capital to comply with the minimal size of the charter capital to carry out activities in mandatory insurance market.
