Alp Jamol Bank’s assets grow 20% in Jan-Aug

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Private open joint-stock commercial bank Alp Jamol (Alp Jamol Bank) said its assets grew by 20% in the first eight months of 2009 and exceeded 114.1 billion soums as of 1 September 2009.

Own capital of the bank comprised 12.9 billion soums in the reporting period, Alp Jamol Bank said. After tax income of Alp Jamol Bank made up 2.079 billion soums in the reporting period.

The bank said its management is planning to raise charter capital to 150 billion soums by the end of 2009.
