In line with the legislation of Uzbekistan, Aloqabank disclosed its intention to acquire 19.98% stake in insurance company ALSKOM.

Currently, ALSKOM is placing an additional emission of shares for 1 billion soums.

Within the emission, the company will place 970,000 ordinary shares and 30,000 preferential shares with par value of 1,000 soums each on open subscription.

The company said that the shares will be placed on market price, which is set at the size of 1,353 soums per ordinary share, which was determined by the valuation company.

The charter capital of ALSKOM makes up 4.737 billion soums, which consists of 4,712,358 ordinary and 25,000 preferential shares. After the place of new shares, the charter capital of insurer will hit 5.737 million soums.
