Alliance Leasing to pay dividends for 2011
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Alliance Leasing, a joint venture in form of open joint stock company, will pay dividends on ordinary shares for 2011.
According to the decision of shareholders, the company will direct 350 million soums to payment of dividends and 27.557 million soums to formation of reserve fund.
The company will pay 50 soums of dividends per ordinary share. Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 7 million units.
The shareholders of the company kept other part of net income undistributed.
