The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered the emission of the company.

According to the prospectus of emission, Alliance Leasing will issue 1,312,013 ordinary shares with par value of 300 soums each. Total volume of the emission makes up 393,603,900 soums.

The charter capital of the company made up 1.706 billion soums at the end of 2010.

The shares of the emission will be placed on open subscription among unlimited number of investors, while shareholders do not have primary right to purchase new shares.

Uzbek-British Joint Venture in the form of the open joint-stock company Alliance Leasing was established on 29 December 2007 via attraction of the foreign direct investment. The major foreign shareholder of the company is AGS Capital Ltd (United Kingdom).
