Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Starting from 1 January, all types of petroleum products produced at the Bukhara Oil Refinery will be sold exclusively through the exchange under free competition conditions, according to Uzbekneftegaz.

Uzbekneftegaz emphasized that Uzbekistan is actively working to foster effective competition in the goods and services market.

Key efforts focus on gradually reducing monopolies, eliminating elements of the allocation system, and ensuring equal access to material and technical resources for all market participants.

The company also assured that the uninterrupted supply of gasoline to the population remains under state supervision. All available resources and capabilities have been mobilized to address this issue.

It is worth noting that from 1 January 2025, price of AI-80 gasoline increased in Uzbekistan.
