Alfa Invest to issues shares for 3.78bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Alfa Invest closed joint-stock company will issue additional shares for 3.781 billion soums, the company said in a statement.
The company said it will issue 116,414 new ordinary shares, emission of which it registered with the financial market regulator on 8 May 2009. The par value of share is 32,479 soums.
The shares will be traded on closed subscription. It said 105,022 shares will be purchased for cash and other 11,392 shares will be bought for property.
