Alfa Invest shareholders keep 2010 net income undistributed
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
General shareholders meeting of Alfa Invest close joint stock insurance company allocated net income of the insurance company for 2010.
The company’s shareholders directed part of net income for 2.783 million soums to formation of reserve fund.
Shareholders kept other part of net income for 52.88 million soums undistributed, the company said in a statement.
Alfa Invest was founded on 24 July 2003. On 31 August 2003, the company received license for carrying out insurance activity from Finance Minister of Uzbekistan. The company renders services on 13 classes, which includes over 30 insurance products.
