Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Insurance company Agros Hayot increases its authorized capital to 47 billion soums.

The company will issue additional shares in the amount of 2.0 billion soums. All shares will be placed with the shareholder - Uzagrosugurta JSC.

The decision was made by the shareholder of the company. The par value of one share will be 1,000 soums. The shares will be placed at par value.

At the same time, shares worth 1.07 billion soums will be paid in cash, another part will be covered by handing over cars KIA Sorento and Skoda Kodiak.
