The bank said that the Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market registered the decision of the bank to issue additional shares.

According to the prospectus of emission, Agrobank will issue 98,055,653 ordinary shares with par value of 1,150 soums each. Total volume of the emission makes up 113.799 billion soums.

Shares of the emission will be placed on open subscription among unlimited number of investors. At the same time, it is planned to float 25% stake through Uzbekistan Stock Exchange.

According to the bank, the charter capital of Agrobank makes up 126.201 billion soums, which consists of 109.24 million ordinary and 500,000 preferential shares.

Pakhta Bank has been reorganized into Agrobank open joint stock commercial bank in March 2009. The bank renders banking services to farmers, producing agriculture enterprises, cotton and grain processing plants, etc.
