Insurance liabilities of the company made up 344.928 billion soums, the financial report of the company for 2009 said.

During 2009, Agro Invest Sug’urta increased its charter capital from 850 million soums to 3.5 billion soums, placing additional emission of shares.

The company said that its income from insurance activity reached 3.059 billion soums and from investment activity – 159.077 million soums.

Net income of insurer in 2009 made up 61.046 million soums, the company said. In line with the decision of the shareholders, the company will direct 45.78 million to pay dividends and 15.266 million soums to reserve fund.

Agromashlizing CJSC, which possesses 73.29% share in the insurance company, will receive 33,550,200 soums as dividends, while Microcredit Bank (share – 26.71%) – 12,229,800 soums.

Agro Invest Sug’urta OJSC was founded on 7 October 2008. The company functions in voluntary insurance market and works on 8 insurance classes.
