AGMK shares included into UZSE official listing

The Board of Uzbekistan Stock Exchange adopted a corresponding decision on 31 May 2010, the statement of the exchange said.

AGMK was founded in line with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers from 10 February 1997. The government holds 97.5% stake in the enterprise.

AGMK registered two prospectus of shares. All shares were placed at the date of listing. Total emission of shares makes up 89,696,984,00 soums. The enterprise issued 89,686,984 shares, of which 87,444,809 were ordinary shares and 2,242,175 – preferential shares.
